If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

MBV Studios is a creative production company offering services that may include film and video production, podcast production, brand strategy, and community-focused storytelling, as described on the Site. The Site also provides information about our nonprofit-affiliated youth programs (see our Give Back page), which are operated separately and may be subject to their own terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or our services at any time, with or without notice.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

"MBV Studios," "Make Believe Village," and associated logos are trademarks of Make Believe Village LLC. Other trademarks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

When you submit information through our contact form or otherwise communicate with us through the Site, you grant us the right to use that information to respond to your inquiry and for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not submit confidential or proprietary information through the contact form unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
